Changes not visible after setup

  • Save changes in both app settings and Theme Editor.
  • Refresh preview and storefront with a hard reload.
  • Wait for background sync/import jobs to complete before retesting.

Environment mismatch issues

  • Confirm you are editing and previewing the same theme.
  • Confirm the same shop/store is used across all setup steps.
  • Re-check app proxy/domain context if links route unexpectedly.

Data consistency issues

  • Keep one identifier strategy per source.
  • Avoid mixed date, locale, and formatting conventions in imported data.
  • Use small test batches before large migrations.

Access and permission issues

  • Verify app installation is healthy and permissions are up to date.
  • Reinstall/reconnect integration sources when authentication expires.
  • Check admin-level restrictions that can block settings or theme writes.

Fast triage checklist

  1. Confirm route and environment are correct.
  2. Confirm latest changes were saved.
  3. Run one fresh sync/import from the app dashboard.
  4. Test with a minimal known-good sample.
  5. Then use the page-specific troubleshooting guidance for that app block/integration.
